huge page redesign
page redesign includes removing trailing cursor, news marquee, and sidebar. every page has unique css and the favicon was changed.
new stuff page added
projects.html, news.js and cursor.js no longer in use, but still exist
hangman moved from experiments to its own folder
added several testing files, such as orteil.html, orteil.css, test1.html, simulatedgravity.html and simulatedgravity.css

gave the button (button.html) an actual good-looking button so that it isn't just useless

moved /hangman/index.html to /hangman.html, moved hangman tiles to /images/tiles and moved hangman images to /images/hangman. hangman folder gone

big hangman update, can now create custom hangmans and share them

new keyboard on hangman page for mobile accessibility, but i tested it on my phone and it was partly off screen so

after a week, fixed links on homepage and stuff page so they direct to the new hangman page

hangman page finally properly mobile accessible
